* Completed Application with essay and application fee.
* Achievement of acceptable score on pre-admission entrance examination.
* Evidence of the ability to maintain an acceptable standard of scholarship.
* Evidence of high school or equivalency diploma.
* Official transcripts from an approved high school(s).

* Official transcript of GED scores.
* Official transcripts from all college (s) attended (if applicable).
* College GPA - 2.5+ (if applicable).
* U. S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien Status.
Applications are reviewed by the Admissions Committee when the above requirements are met. Selections are made following a comprehensive assessment by the Admissions Committee. Consideration is given to those applicants who have demonstrated academic achievement since high school education. Applicants will be notified by mail regarding the decision of the Admissions Committee.
